Thought I would just let you know how I am doing. My visits with you really did help me a lot and I thank you very much again. I am finding that what I eat and drink totally affects how I feel and I can pretty much control my health by controlling my food intake. Staying away from gluten is not so daunting anymore. I have learned how to live without it; how to go out to restaurants and order gf food. There is a lot of information and support for celiacs and lots of restaurants are very accommodating here. I cook a lot and use lots of non gluten grains (make my own muffins, pizza desserts), but find I tend to do better with a minimal use of grains just like you recommended.

Just wanted to send you an update that our son’s colic is greatly improved. The remedies you recommended have made a great difference. My wife and I can sleep (a little bit) at night. Our son is sleeping! Thank you so much for your kindness and expertise!
